The Apple Store genius bar is ridiculous. I make an appointment for 2:55. I get here at 2:50. 20 minutes later and I’m still not helped. Absolutely ridiculous.

If I was their mother I’d have to be heavily medicated at all times.

Although, if I was their mother I would never allow them to behave this way.
